REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Here at Amore Cheesecakes, we are committed to providing the best customer service possible and we pride ourselves on creating real quality cheesecakes. If you are not entirely happy with our cheesecakes, or the service you received from ourselves, please email us with your query at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will endeavour to respond to all queries and complaints within 3 – 5 working days, resolving the issue and rebuilding your confidence with us.
Due to our product being perishable we don’t accept returns.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
A refund will be processed only if we didn’t fulfil our service and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 60 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, you may want to wait a few days and check your bank account again or contact your bank.
If your bank wasn’t able to help you and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us on email@example.com.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Unfortunately, our sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
